The T-Mobile Tickets site is designed to provide T-Mobile customers with exclusive access to discounted and early-release tickets for live events, concerts, and experiences. Its goal is to offer perks to customers that increase brand loyalty and engagement. The platform aims to deliver a seamless and user friendly experience that makes discovering and claiming ticket offers easy and enjoyable.
To support development and testing without relying on live data, I built a mock API that used the structure and responses of the in development Tickets API. Stakeholders were able to provide concrete feedback after that first build handoff. This early functionality led to some key architectural changes in the API, saving time and eliminating rework. It significantly sped up development and debugging while helping maintain a smooth front-end workflow during API.
